Return Policy
FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM RETAILERS/RESELLERS
- ALOGIC does not accept returns or offer refunds on products bought from retailers/resellers.
- This does not affect your statutory rights. If your product is faulty or not as described, you have legal rights against the retailer under UK consumer law. These rights apply independently of any manufacturer’s warranty.
- If the product is under warranty and the original receipt is available, you may be able to return your ALOGIC Product to the retailer/reseller where it was purchased as per their returns policy.
FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM ALOGIC.CO.UK
- Items purchased directly from ALOGIC may be returned within 14 days of the product being delivered to you for a full refund as long as the following requirements are met:
- Items are returned in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection, complete with all included accessories, cables, user manuals and other documents.
- You are not required to return goods in original packaging, although this is recommended.
- Deductions may only be made where the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. No deductions will be made solely for opened or missing packaging where this is consistent with reasonable inspection.
- Proof of purchase of the item is supplied, including item(s) purchased, date of purchase, customer email and purchase price.
- The customer has contacted ALOGIC Support, received a Return Authorisation Document and followed the steps in that document to return the item.
Additional information pertaining to returns:
- Store credit equal to the value of the returned item may be issued in lieu of a cash refund only with the agreement of the customer.
- Returns are not available for individual items sold in a bundle, unless defective.
- ALOGIC will only accept items purchased at discount with proof of purchase that includes the price paid by you.
- Shipping costs for change-of-mind return items will be borne by the customer, including any relevant customs, import duties or inspection costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Refunds will only be processed after ALOGIC has received the returned items and verified their condition.
- After being processed, refunds will be sent via your original purchase method within 21 days (unless another arrangement is agreed by both parties).
